Dear editor:

A special thanks goes out to the workers at Heart of Dixie Parts & Equipment Company: Jeremy Hill, Simoe Wilson, Arthur Moore, Calvin Chandler, Wes Burt, Janet Spigner and Zane Burt for the donation of playground equipment to the Maplesville Ball Park.

I also wish to thank those who helped to assemble the equipment: Shawn Reed (president of MPA), Hal Harrison, Charles “Monk” Spigner, Clint and Nicole Carlee, Jeremy Marlow, Eric Campbell, Michael and Jessica Anderson, and Greg Wilkins.

If any names were not mentioned who helped, we thank you also.

I am sure the kids will enjoy it for many years.
