Jettielene Minor Thomas, 84, of Columbus, Ga. (formerly of Clanton) died Monday, May 16, 2016.

She was born on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 1931, in Chilton County, daughter of the late George Frenza Minor and the late Beanie Mable Mims Minor.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are daughter, Carol Conley Williams; granddaughter, Tamara Conley Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Chelsey N. Conley, Thomas A. Bryce Conley; sister, Frances Cooper; loyal companion, Dusty.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce W. Thomas, Jr.; daughter, Catherine R. Thomas; daughter, Cynthia R. Thomas; and brother, George Burnie Minor.

Friends will be received from 12-1 p.m., Saturday, May 21 at Martin Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 21 at 1 p.m. at Martin Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Griffin officiating.
