Dear editor:

I would like to thank the Chilton County Sheriff’s Department and Shelby County Sheriff’s Department and the police department for the quick response.

They all did not waste one minute, and everyone was so nice and kind. They all treated us like family members.

When we are throwing stones, just think who you will call on when you need help.

Thank God my husband was found within four hours or less. He has dementia.
