Dear editor,

Our family wishes to express our deepest gratitude to each of you who shared in our sorrow for the loss of our wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Every thought, card, prayer, encouraging word, gift and phone call was appreciated. The amount of food was overwhelming. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We wish to especially thank the Jemison Police Department, the sheriff’s department, all the rescue workers and citizens who helped in any way. Each person is truly special to us.
