Elisia Ann Burks Smith, 60, of Jemison, passed away on Feb. 1 at her residence.

She was born in Clanton on Aug. 7, 1955, the daughter of the late Arthur Leroy Burks and the late Jettie Coggins Burks.

She was a former press operator.

She is survived by her husband, Albert D. Smith of Jemison; son, Steven Dan Smith of Jemison; son, Daniel Brian Smith (Brandi) of Jemison; daughter, Tanya Smith Bullock (Brian) of Jemison; grandchildren, Colton Ward, Conner Bullock, Devin Bullock, Austin Smith and Allison Smith.

A memorial service will be held on Feb. 6 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Bice officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
