Michael Lamar Robinson, 43, of Clanton, died Jan. 23 at his residence.

He was born on May 28, 1972, in Texas, the son of the late Willie Lee Robinson and Cheryl Cash Robinson.

He was in construction.

Surviving are his wife, Carla Robinson of Clanton; daughter, Amber Bowman (Matthew) of Clanton; son, Alex Robinson (Marisa) of Haleyville; mother, Cheryl Robinson of Clanton; brothers, Jeff Robinson of Clanton, Danny Robinson (Kim) of Jemison, Raymond Robinson (Jennifer) of Selma; sisters, Lavetia Edmondson of Clanton, Rachel Robinson of Clanton and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Robinson and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Carl and Reeta Wilson.

Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. Jan. 27 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Jan. 28 at 1 p.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. William Kee officiating.

Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby.
