Sarah Elizabeth Jackson, 86, of Center Point, died Dec. 4 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham.

She was born on March 26, 1929, in Clanton, the daughter of the late Glenn W. Sessions and the late Mollie Murry Sessions.

She was a homemaker.

She was also a member of Collins Chapel Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son, David Jackson (Mitzie) of Trussville; daughter, Vanessa Jackson of Birmingham; grandson, Davey Jackson of Argo; granddaughter, Susie Randall of Moody; great-grandchildren, Austin Randall, Jackson Randall, Owen Randall, Mallory Jackson, Colt Jackson; sister, Faye Kinstler of Springville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stonewall Jackson and brother, William Sessions.

Friends will be received from 3-6 p.m. Dec. 6 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Dec. 7 at 11 a.m. at Collins Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. William Kee and the Rev. James Long officiating.

Interment will follow in Collins Chapel Cemetery.
