Wendy Jill Forrest Bryan, 50, of Thorsby, died Nov. 25 at her residence.

She was born on March 25, 1965, in Madison County, daughter of Dr. Steven K. Forrest and Mrs. Penny Weatherly Erwin.

She was a teacher.

Surviving are her husband, Russ Bryan of Thorsby; sons, Evan Bryan of Thorsby, Parker Bryan of Thorsby; father, Dr. Steven K. Forrest of Thorsby; mother, Penny Erwin of Vestavia Hills; step-father, Dr. James Erwin of Vestavia Hills; brother, Kelly Forrest of Alabaster; sister-in-law, Cathy Forrest of Alabaster, Cindy Wyatt of Shelby; brother-in-law, Ricky Wyatt of Shelby; mother-in-law, Peggy Bryan of Clanton; nieces, Leah Wyatt, Alexa Forrest, Kacy Wyatt; nephews, Judd Wyatt, Wyatt Forrest; great-grandmother, Millie “Bobbie” Forrest.

Friends were received from 1:30 until 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 29 at Thorsby First Baptist Church.

Services were held Nov. 29 at 3:30 p.m. at Thorsby First Baptist Church with the Rev. Marc Hodges officiating.

Interment followed in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby.
