Mildred H. Nance, 91, of Marbury, passed away Nov. 23 at her residence.

She was born on Sept. 2, 1924, in Shelby County, the daughter of the late Marshall Holsumback and the late Para Lee Sims.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her sons, Kenneth Nance of Jemison, Jerry Nance of Marbury; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Nance; children, Jimmy W. Nance, Charles R. Nance and Douglas E. Nance.

Friends will be received from 12-1 p.m. Nov. 27 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating.

Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
