Samantha Christine Payne, 29, of Maplesville died on Nov. 9.

She was born on Oct. 30, 1986, in Dallas County, the daughter of Roy Glen Payne and Susi Payne.

She was a student.

Surviving are father, Roy Glen “Ginnie Bo” Payne; mother, Susanne Reith “Susi” Payne; brothers, Steven Payne, Jonathan Payne; sister, Katrina Payne and a host of family and friends.

Friends were received from 5-7 p.m. Nov. 17 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services were held Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with the Rev. John Ingram and the Rev. Danny Rasberry officiating.

Interment followed in Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery in Stanton.
