Bro. Mike Lawrence took his message from Exodus 32:1-8. God has always dealt with nations. It is he who causes them to rise and fall. He was with the pilgrims as they sought independence from England, and he was with America in World War II. If you add and “s” to the word “history,” you get “his story.”

In this scripture, the children of Israel started complaining because Moses had been delayed on the mountaintop, and they began to worship idols. God sent Moses down from the mountain to stop them. He led them out of the desert and they became a great nation.

God was with Moses when the people were in bondage in Egypt. He sent 10 plagues to convince Pharaoh to release his children.

We need to look at the past. We must remember the prosperity God has given to us, but only God can restore this country to what it was.
