Tropical moisture associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Erika could produce some rainfall for Chilton County this week.
According to the National Weather Service, rain chances for Chilton County increase beginning on Wednesday with a 20-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon.
Tuesday should see mostly sunny skies with a high near 91 degrees. Overnight lows on Tuesday should reach around 71 degrees.
On Thursday, there is a 30-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms expected with a daytime high of 88 degrees.
A 20-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected for Thursday night with an overnight low of 70 degrees.
The wet weather continues into Friday with a 40-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms during the daytime with a high of 88 degrees.
A 20-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected on Friday night with a low of 71 degrees.
Rain continues in the forecast for the weekend with Saturday having a 40-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Daytime highs should reach 70 degrees with a 30-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms expected for Saturday night.
There will be a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms on Sunday with partly sunny skies and a high near 87 degrees.
