Bro. Mike Lawrence’s message “The Blessing of Justification” was taken from Romans 5:1-21.

Many companies and banks have inactive accounts that go unclaimed; likewise, there are many Christians who are heirs of God and joint heirs of Jesus Christ who fail to claim the riches of Christ. To obtain those rich blessings, all we as Christians have to do is claim them.

There is more to being a Christian than simply possessing “fire insurance.” Yes, it will keep you out of hell, but more is offered. The following list barely scratches the surface regarding the amount of blessing offered to each believer who is justified by faith:

(1) Peace with God: This is a peace that surpasses all understanding.

(2) Access to the grace of God: We can come boldly to the throne of grace at any time.

(3) The hope of glory: This is not wishful thinking; it is certain.

(4) Assurance in tribulation: Christians are not excluded from sorrow, persecution or abuse, but we do have the assurance that Jesus will be with us during our trials.

(5) Security in Christ: Jesus is our advocate before the Father, and we will be found faultless at the throne of God.

(6) Christian joy: Christians should show their joy that exists because of the promise of eternal life.
