Harvey J. Brown, 56, of Lilburn, Ga. passed away May 18. He was born to Bertha and James Brown on Oct. 13, 1958. Brown was born and raised in Jemison, but has been a long-time resident of Georgia. He is survived by his daughter, Johanna Brown; mother, Bertha Mae Payton; grandchildren, Jamie, Trinity, Lucas and Malachi Gomez; aunt, Lois Smitherman; and brothers, Tony and Eddie Brown. He will be cremated and his ashes will be scattered on Lake Lanier Island, Ga.

Memorial services will be at Mars Hill Baptist Church on June 28 at 2:30 p.m.
