Doris Dean Moore, 85, of Clanton, passed away May 26.

She was born on Dec. 3, 1929, in Chilton County, the daughter of the late Crawford L. Williams and the late Ruby Dean Yeargan Williams.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Leonard Moore of Clanton; son, Jeffrey L. Moore (Anne) of Hoover; daughter, Donna Moore Bennett (Mike) of Athens; brothers, Daniel N. Williams of Russellville, Randy M. Williams of Clanton; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m. May 28 at Mt. Nebo Methodist Church.

Services will be held May 28 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Nebo Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Popwell officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Billingsley.

No flowers, but donations may be sent to Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church.
