Beverly Ann Baker, 50, of Verbena, passed away March 11 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

She was born on May 5, 1964, in Clanton, the daughter of the late Alpheus Baker and the late Betty Brabham Baker.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by a daughter, Jessica Roebuck (Randy) of Verbena; daughter, Kelly Lawley (Brad) of Verbena; granddaughter, Mackenzie Roebuck of Verbena; grandson, William “Bubba” Roebuck of Verbena; grandson, Bentley Lawley of Verbena; brother, Gary (Tina) Baker of Verbena; sister, Yvonne (James) Mason of Highland Home; step-father, Leander Carey of Montgomery, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alpheus and Betty Baker and a sister, Betty Leslie Baker.

Funeral services will be held on March 14 at 11 a.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Hatchett and Elder Mike Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends on March 13 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
