Johnny Ray Macon, infant, of Jemison, passed away Jan. 26 at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.

He was born on Dec. 12 in Alabama, the son of Ray Macon and Jennifer Jackson Macon.

Surviving are his parents, Ray and Jennifer Macon of Jemison; grandparents, Chestine Macon of Jemison and Cindy Jackson of Bessemer; aunts, Rose Landrum (Jody) of Jemison, Tisha Wells of Jemison, Brittany Burton of Birmingham; uncle, Daniel Jackson of Birmingham; cousins, RaeLynn Liveoak, Joanna Landrum, Ashley Wells, Aubrie Wells and Sterling Burton.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, John William Macon.

Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Jan. 28 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Jan. 29 at 11 a.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. David Bishop officiating.

Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison.
