All of the high school baseball playoff series scheduled to begin Friday have been postponed because of rain.

The best-of-three, first-round series will see doubleheaders played Saturday, with third games to be played Monday if necessary.

Updated start times for games are:

•Wadley at Maplesville: 2 and 4: 30 p.m. Saturday; 4:30 p.m. Monday, if necessary.

•Billingsley at Verbena: 2 and 4:30 p.m. Saturday; 3 p.m. Monday, if necessary.

•Thorsby at Sipsey Valley: 1 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday; 4 p.m. Monday, if necessary.

•Jemison at Oak Grove: 2 and 4 p.m. Saturday; 4 p.m. Monday, if necessary.

•Briarwood at Chilton Co.: 1 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday; 6 p.m. Monday, if necessary.
