Joan N. Robinson, 69, of Jemison, passed away on July 3 at her residence in Jemison.

She was born on April 23, 1944, in Chilton County, the daughter of the late Paul Northcutt and Leatha Wilson Northcutt.

She was a retired business manager with Chilton-Shelby Mental Health services.

Surviving are her daughter, Paige Scruggs (Brent) of Clanton; daughter, Leighsa Robinson of Jemison; son, Shane Robinson (Kim) of Jemison; sister, Judy N. Henry of Jemison; grandchildren, Shayna Robinson, Shelbie Robinson, Brently Scruggs and Brittan Scruggs and nephew, Brian Henry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin “Bull” Robinson.

Friends were received from 1-3 p.m. on July 5 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held on July 5 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Wyatt officiating.

Interment followed in Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison.
