Leigh Anne Orth, 54, of Thorsby, passed away on June 15 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

She was born on March 12, 1959, in Alabama, the daughter of the late Ronald Scarborough and Sandra Acree Scarborough.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, John Orth of Thorsby; four daughters, Jessica Blevins of Thorsby, Stephanie Doyle of Clanton, Rebecca Taft of Clanton and Teresa Orth of Thorsby; seven grandchildren, J.T., Trinity, Hannah, Cheyenne, Anna Belle, Aubie and Brody; mother, Sandra Scarborough of Center Point; sister, Rhonda Carrel of Pleasant Grove; three brothers, Ronald Scarborough Jr. of Center Point, Bob Scarborough of Center Point and Daniel Scarborough of Dora.

Friends will be received from 9-10 a.m. on June 19 at Resurrection Catholic Church.

Services will be June 19 at 10 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church with Father Bruce Bumbarger officiating.
