Ruth New, 86, of Jemison, passed away April 9, 2013, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George New and her son, Randy New.

Ruth is survived by her son, Fred New (Pam); daughter, Linda New; grandchildren, Sharon Glass (Stevie) and Karen McMinn (Marc) and great-grandchild, Will McMinn.

Graveside services were held on April 12 at 1 p.m. at Shelby Memory Gardens with Bro. Brian Dovey officiating.
