Infant John Emerson Driver, the infant son of Justin Wayne Driver and Cassandra Diane Farmer Driver, was born and passed away on Aug. 3, 2012, at DeKalb Regional Medical Center in Fort Payne.

He is survived by: parents, Justin and Cassie Driver of Fyffe; paternal grandparents, the Rev. Billy and Norma Driver of Prattville; maternal grandparents, Keith and Tammy Mims of Verbena, and Kevin and Wendy Farmer of Calera; paternal great-grandparents, J.E. and Lyrmle Driver of Prattville, and Glenn and Christine Roper of Clanton; maternal great-grandparents, Larry and Donna Cleckley of Jemison, and Mike Farmer of Calera.

He is preceded in death by: great-grandfather, Donald Rhodes; and great-grandmother, Diane Cleckley.

Graveside services were held on Monday, Aug. 6 at 11 a.m. in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton with the Rev. Tony Thomas officiating.

The family received friends following the service at Zion Ridge Church of God.

The family request no flowers but prefers donations be made to the March of Dimes or any other children’s organization.
