LeCroy Career/Technical Center will offer a summer welding class starting May 7.

Students who complete the welding program have the opportunity to take the certification test.

Many students are working in the industry locally and globally, according to director Tommy Glasscock.

The 10-week class will meet Mondays and Thursdays from 6-9 p.m.

Tuition is $125 per student.
