Peoples Southern Bank and Chilton County High School SGA will host a concert March 30 honoring Lilianna Thompson.

Lilianna Thompson

Lilianna is the 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter of Randy and Anna Thompson and has been courageously battling leukemia since August 2011.

The event will be held at the Chilton County High School Auditorium at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at any Peoples Southern Bank branch or at the CCHS Office.

Proceeds will benefit Chilton County Relay For Life and Lilianna Thompson. Entertainment will be provided by praise band Elevate and several vocalists from the county.

Singers performing will be Kayla Carroll, Payton Knight, Miranda Chandler, Leslie Cleckler and Megan Mims, Caylen Sallas, Randall Edwards, Lacey Ellison, Allison Adams and Britt Blackmon, Scott McKee, Tera Harrell, Jordan Harvley, Ryan Baker and Chase Baker.

If you have a family member or loved one that is battling or has battled cancer and you would like to honor them in a slide show that will be shown at the event, bring your favorite photo to the main office of Peoples Southern Bank with a $2 donation. Ask for Hailey Ivey or Misty Atcheson.

A silent auction will take place prior to the concert with items that businesses have donated.

Any other monetary donations may be made to an account that is established at Peoples Southern Bank.

“We are very excited and hope you will make plans to join us,” said concert organizers.
