Randy Arnold Langston, 43, of Clanton, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 22, 2012, in Alabaster. He was born in Clanton on March 21, 1968, the son of the late James Douglas Langston and Alpha Elnora Baker Langston.

He was a fork lift mechanic.

He is survived by: wife, Carol Langston of Clanton; son, Randy Alan Langston of Clanton; son, Thomas Earl Langston of Clanton; daughter, Candy (Jonathan) Langston of Clanton; son, Jimbo (Shannon) Faulkner of Clanton; daughter, April (Shane) Pitts of Albertville; 10 grandchildren; mother, Elnora Langston of Clanton; sister, Charlotte Cleckler of Clanton; brother, James Earl (Stacy) Langston of Jemison; brother, Michael (Cindy) Stange of Billingsley; brother, David (April) Stange of Billingsley.

He is preceded in death by: father, James Douglas Langston; brother, James Oneal Langston; and granddaughter, Angel Pitts.

Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. at Ellison-Mims Funeral Home in Clanton.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at 11 a.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Mims Funeral Home with the Rev. John Coburn officiating.

Burial will follow in the Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton.
