Clanton Middle School will have their annual Veterans’ Day Program on Friday, Nov. 4 at 8 a.m. in the school’s gym.

This year’s theme is “American Veterans: Our Heroes of the Past, President and Future. Veteran Jerry Grooms, and husband of teacher Vicky Grooms, will be guest speaker.

The Clanton Middle School Choir will sing several patriotic songs and students will read from essays they wrote about their veterans and their heroes.

The general public is welcomed to attend the program. There is no cost.
