Homemaker and caregiver Delois Katherine North Morrow, 81, of Jemison departed this life on Oct. 3 at 3:45 p.m. at Shelby Baptist hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. from Shiloh Baptist Church (1085 County Road 209) in Jemison. The body will lie in state at the church from noon until 1 p.m.

She leaves to cherish her memories six loving daughters, Walta Jean Morrow McCain of Sumter, S.C., Loretha Morrow Tyus (Fred) of Chattanooga, Tenn., Mary Ann Morrow of Detroit, Brenda Morrow Swindle (George) of Jemison, Linda Faye Morrow of Montgomery and Patricia Ann Morrow (Tim) of Jemison; one sister, Melbalene Atchison (Wilbur) of Chicago; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a very devoted and loving niece, Gwendolyn Agee of Clanton.
