Several local events benefiting Relay For Life will be held this Saturday, April 2, including:

A yard sale and singing at Refuge Baptist Church. The yard sale begins at 8:30 a.m., and the singing begins at 11. Featured singers include The Johnson Family, Percy Scott, the Fishers of Men and other local talent. There will be hotdogs, chips and dessert available for purchase.

Also, a Trinity Episcopal Church yard sale will begin at 7 a.m. at 701 Blackberry Lane next to Sonic Drive-In. Space rental is $10, and all rental money goes Relay For Life. Call 294-0272 to reserve a space. Rainout date is scheduled for April 9.

Highland Baptist is also hosting a yard sale. It will be held beside Pinedale Gardens in Clanton.

All proceeds from the above events will benefit Chilton County’s Relay For Life.
