John “Phillip” Threadgill, 48, a resident of Selma, died from injuries sustained from an automobile accident Thursday, April 8, 2010.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Coy Cemetery in Coy with the Rev. Jimmy Simpkins and the Rev. Ed Eaton officiating. Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home of Camden directing.
Mr. Threadgill was preceded in death by his father, John Howard Threadgill.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Threadgill of Maplesville; daughter, Kayla (Lance) Lawley of Brierfield; son, John Kyle Threadgill of Maplesville; mother, Barbara Threadgill Martin of Camden; three sisters, Phyllis (Brent) Blackwell of Camden, Carolyn (Craig) Stimpson of Ft. Irwin, Calif. and Katrina (Joey) Wilson of Coy; grandson, Hayden Lawley of Clanton; niece, Rochelle Blackwell of Camden; three nephews, Jesse (Megan) Blackwell of Camden, Charlie Stimpson of Tuscaloosa and Ryan Wilson, of Coy. There are also a host of cousins and friends that loved him very much.
