Dear Editor,

My name is Gwen Scott and I was traveling with my family on Thursday, Aug. 13.,when my daughter’s car broke down on the Interstate.

It was not long until a state trooper stopped to assist us and a wrecker was towing it to Stokes Automotive.

We loaded everything into our truck and proceeded on our family trip to the beach.

My daughter’s car was fixed on Friday, and we picked it up when we returned on Sunday.

My point in this letter is to thank everyone involved in helping us.We will never forget their kindness!
