Eva Jane Wallace, 45, of Clanton died Sunday, June 21, 2009 at her residence.
She was born Sunday, July 21, 1963 in Chilton County, daughter of the late Morris G. Varden and the late Eva E. Morris.
She was a mail carrier.
Surviving are her husband, Cornell Wallace of Clanton; son, Wally Wallace of Clanton; daughter, Jennifer Wallace of Clanton; four grandchildren, Savannah Wallace of Clanton, Alyssa Hann of Clanton, Michael Hann of Clanton, Zoie “YoYo” Hann of Clanton; sister, Janice Harris of Jemison; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Morris G. Varden; mother, Eva E. Oaks; brother, Jerrell E. Hewett; sister, Judy E. Minor; and brother, John Oaks.
Services will be held Wednesday, June 24, at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Lonnie Plunkett officiating.
Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison.
