The Isabella baseball team yesterday won its first area game of the season, 13-0, over R.C. Hatch.

Austin Haigler pitched a no-hitter for the Mustangs (5-9), allowing one walk in five innings while striking out 12.

Haigler was also 2-for-3 at the plate with a double and an RBI.

Allen Edwards had hits in both of his at-bats and also recorded a walk, a double and an RBI. Blake Lawley hit a two-run home run.

Isabella will visit Vincent at 4:30 p.m. on March 30 for another area contest.
