George Adams Dutton, 81, of Randolph died Monday, Feb. 9, at his residence.
He was born on Wednesday, March 9, 1927 in Chilton County, son of the late John Dutton and the late Lillie Plier Dutton. He was a burner operator.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine Dutton of Randolph; five sons, Floyd (Sue) Dutton of Randolph, Wayne (Judy) Dutton of Randolph, Larry (Sue) Dutton of Bessemer, Danny (Linda) Dutton of Montevallo and Randall (Kathy) Dutton of Randolph; stepson, David Eiland of Thorsby; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Ermon Dutton of Randolph.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Edna Dutton; Daughter, Judy
Davis; Son, Jeffery Dutton and Grandson, Anthony Davis.
Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 11 a.m. at Union Springs Baptist with the Rev. Steve Johnson and the Rev. Evie Meggison officiating. Interment will follow in Union Springs Cemetery Randolph.
