A Newspapers in Education Book Sale will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 8 a.m. until noon the parking lot of The Clanton Advertiser’s parking lot.

The books will be priced for 50 cents apiece.

The books will also be for sale at the Thorsby Swedish Fest on Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

All proceeds from the sale will benefit the NIE program.
